This website does not currently accept appointment bookings or process payments. Because no purchases are made through this website, there is currently nothing to cancel or refund.

Before specialist booking, payments, or paid consultations become available on the Baserah platform, we will publish applicable cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms covering those services. Those terms are still being finalized and are not published here.
