About

About Baserah

Baserah is a Saudi digital platform being developed to make it easier to explore mental health support, discover specialists, manage appointments, and access supported digital experiences.

Purpose

Why Baserah exists

Baserah exists to make it easier for people to understand their options, explore the support available to them, and approach the next step with greater clarity. The platform is being built for the Saudi market, with a focus on making mental health support easier to discover and access.

Why Baserah

Baserah means insight

Sometimes moving forward begins with seeing things more clearly. Baserah was created around that idea: making it easier to understand your options, explore the support available to you, and approach the next step with greater clarity.

A clearer path can start with a single moment of insight.

The product

What is being built

Baserah is being built as one connected experience for discovering support, managing appointments, and connecting with specialists online.

  • Discover specialists

Explore professionals and understand their areas of focus.

  • Manage appointments

Keep upcoming sessions and appointment information in one place.

  • Connect online

Access supported voice and video consultation experiences.

  • Explore more ways to get support

Discover programs and group experiences as they become available.

Our approach

How Baserah approaches support

Baserah is being designed to bring different forms of support into one accessible digital experience, including individual, couples, family, youth, programs, and group-based support. Each is being shaped around real needs rather than a single, one-size-fits-all approach.
