1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BASERH website at baserh.net (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

2. Who we are

The Website is operated by شركة بصيرة للإرشاد الأسري (“BASERH”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Saudi Arabia (National Number 7028008576), with its registered address in Riyadh. BASERH (بصيرة) is the name we operate under.

3. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to the Website, including its information pages and the Early Access requests made through it. They don’t govern the BASERH mobile app: separate app terms will apply before broader access to the app (see section 15).

4. Early Access

BASERH is opening its app gradually through private Early Access. You can ask to join the Early Access List through the Website. We review every request manually, and the people we select may receive a private invitation by email.

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be selected, receive an invitation or get access, or that this will happen by a particular date. It also doesn’t guarantee a launch date, a specific specialist, appointment, service or price, or that any pre-launch feature will remain available.

Submitting a request doesn’t create a medical or clinician-patient relationship, and it isn’t a booking, reservation or appointment. You can leave the Early Access List at any time with the link in our emails.

5. Age and teenagers

You may browse the Website subject to applicable law. Adults can submit an Early Access request for themselves. For a teenager aged 13 to 17, a parent or legal guardian must submit the request on the teenager’s behalf; teenagers shouldn’t submit a request themselves. The BASERH app will set its own rules for teenagers and guardians.

6. Not medical advice

Content on the Website is general information only. The Website itself doesn’t provide diagnosis, medical advice, treatment or emergency care, and it isn’t a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Using the Website doesn’t create a clinician-patient, therapeutic or other professional relationship between you and BASERH or any specialist. Professional services offered through the BASERH app will be governed by the app’s own terms.

7. Emergencies

BASERH is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 997 for the Saudi Red Crescent (ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. For other options, see Getting help now.

8. Website information and changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date. BASERH is still preparing for full launch, so features, services, product screens, availability, launch timing, specialist availability, prices, product plans and other Website information may change before then. Screens and examples on the Website are previews, and the final product may differ. When our plans change, we update the Website.

We don’t guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any content will remain available. If we find an error, we aim to correct it within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or right that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website lawfully. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
• interfere with its operation or introduce malicious code;
• submit false or fraudulent information, or abuse its forms;
• impersonate another person;
• infringe the rights of others;
• misuse BASERH’s intellectual property.

10. Restricting access

We may restrict or block access to the Website or its forms where reasonably necessary to deal with abuse, security risks, unlawful activity or malicious use, or to protect the Website and its users.

11. Intellectual property

The Website, including its design, brand, logos, text, product screenshots and other materials, is owned by or licensed to BASERH. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

12. External links

The Website may link to third-party websites. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices. This doesn’t affect our responsibility for the service providers we use to run the Website, where applicable law makes us responsible for them.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with the Website, Early Access requests and website analytics. Please read it alongside these Terms. The BASERH app will have its own privacy documentation.

14. Cancellations and refunds

The Website doesn’t take bookings or payments. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the current position and how future terms will be published.

15. Future app terms

Separate terms will apply to the BASERH app once services such as accounts, appointments, payments, consultations or clinician services become available. You may need to accept those terms to use the app.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a dispute arises about these Terms or the Website, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If it can’t be resolved, it will be subject to the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with applicable law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Website and the BASERH platform develop. We’ll post the updated Terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Language

These Terms are available in Arabic and English. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
