Frequently asked questions
What is BASERH?
A Saudi mental health app. You choose a licensed specialist for what you're dealing with, book an audio or video session, and after each session your specialist writes your treatment plan in the app.
Is BASERH available now?
Not publicly yet. The app is ready and we're opening it in stages in Saudi Arabia. Register your interest. Once you confirm your email, we review your request, and if you're selected, your invitation comes from admissions@baserh.net.
Who is BASERH for?
Adults in Saudi Arabia, and teenagers aged 13 to 17 who join with a parent or guardian. There are sessions for couples and families too.
What kinds of support does BASERH offer?
Individual therapy, couples and family sessions, sessions for teenagers with a guardian involved, and psychiatry including medication management. Programmes and groups come later.
Is BASERH an emergency service?
No. If you or someone else is in danger, call 997 for the Saudi Red Crescent or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Our Getting help now page lists the other options.
What happens after I register?
We send one email to confirm your address. Once you confirm, we review your request. If you're selected, your invitation to try the app comes from admissions@baserh.net. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
What is The Plan?
The treatment plan your specialist writes in the app after every session: what you're focusing on, small daily steps and exercises, resources they pick for you and your next appointment. They go through it with you at your next session. BASERH keeps the plan in the app. It never writes it.
Can I choose my specialist?
Yes. Search by what you're dealing with, compare specialists by focus, language and availability, and choose who you want to see.
Are the specialists licensed?
Yes. Every specialist must hold a classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. We verify it and review each profile before it goes live.
How do sessions work?
By audio or video in the app. Join from somewhere private where you can talk freely. If the call drops, you can rejoin.
How does pricing work?
BASERH sets session prices. You see the price on each specialist's profile and when you book.
What information do you collect for early access?
Who the support is for, the kind of support you're looking for (therapy, psychiatry, family support or just exploring), your preferred language, your name and email and, if you choose, a mobile number and phone type. We never ask about your health, symptoms or history.
How can I contact BASERH?
Email hello@baserh.net or call +966 59 171 6933.
