Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Current status

This policy explains BASERH’s position on cancellations and refunds for its website at baserh.net (the “Website”) and the Early Access requests made through it. The Website is operated by شركة بصيرة للإرشاد الأسري (National Number 7028008576).

This policy doesn’t cover payments, appointments, consultations, purchases or refunds inside the BASERH mobile app. The app will have its own Cancellation & Refund Policy before paid services are made broadly available.

2. No purchases are made through this website

The Website doesn’t take payments, sell paid services or accept bookings for paid appointments. So there is currently no Website purchase to cancel and no Website payment to refund.

Joining the Early Access List is free. An Early Access request isn’t a purchase, an appointment or a reservation of a paid service, and it doesn’t require any payment, so there is nothing to refund. For more about Early Access, see our Terms of Use.

3. Future cancellation and refund terms

When BASERH introduces paid appointments, consultations, bookings, subscriptions or other paid services in its app, those transactions will be governed by a separate app Cancellation & Refund Policy. We’ll publish the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms that apply before paid services are made broadly available, so you can read them before completing a payment.

4. Governing law and your rights

This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in it limits any legal right that cannot be waived, including your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Language

This policy is available in Arabic and English. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
